Sweet’s a taste bud! You’ll never not want sweet, but the key is to find the most suitable solution to satisfying your hunger without sabotaging your waist line. When it comes to cravings, it’s imperative to uproot the underlying causes. You see, there’s a void – somewhere – in your physiology, your emotions, or your life in general.
It could be a lack of quality relationships, uninspiring work, or an overall disconnect between your mind and your body. 1 thing I can tell you with certainty is that it’s not because you’re a willpower weakling. Far from it.
Now, I’m not giving you carte blanche to douse your diet with unending quantities of simple sugars and carbs, but I am saying it’s ok once in a while once you dissect the root causes and regain control.
In other words, like Seinfeld says, become master of your domain.
